Question 1

Who is this for?

Accepted Answer

For qualified investors only. Current development opportunities in the United States are opened to qualified investors by the builder behind them.

Question 2

Is anything on this site an offer?

Accepted Answer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offering is made only through definitive documentation provided to qualified investors. Opportunity facts are provided by the sponsor and have not been independently verified.

Question 3

Are conversations confidential?

Accepted Answer

All inquiries are confidential. Every conversation is confidential. Reviewing an opportunity creates no obligation on either side.

Question 4

When do I see the full file?

Accepted Answer

Renderings, location, price, and status are public. Economics, terms, and the full file follow a conversation and an NDA. Shared under NDA — the development budget, timeline, and structure; terms and the complete offering documentation. Reviewing creates no obligation on either side.

Question 5

Should I book a call or write first?

Accepted Answer

Book a call for thirty minutes, confidential — a confidential call with the team; pick a time that suits you. Or write first: a short note is enough. Writing creates no obligation on either side. Reach Investor Relations at contact@groundvestcapital.com.
