This policy explains what information Groundvest Capital (“we”, “us”) collects through groundvestcapital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you write to us or ask to book a call, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the opportunity you are asking about, and your message.
Email sign-up. If you ask to hear about new opportunities, we keep the email address you enter, when you signed up, and the page you signed up on — nothing else — so that we can send you those announcements and stop when you ask.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard visit data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and the page that referred you — to keep the site running and to understand how it is used. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry and arrange the conversation you asked for; to keep a record of our correspondence; and to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
If you signed up for new-opportunity announcements, we email you when an opportunity goes on the board — one email per opportunity, each with an unsubscribe link that works with a single click. We do not use your address for anything else.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site and deliver our messages — hosting, database, and email delivery — each bound by confidentiality obligations. Professional advisers where necessary to serve you. Authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your inquiry with other investors or sponsors without your consent.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as our relationship lasts and as long as we are required to keep them, then deleted. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do.
